Best way to prepare cabbage.

Remove heavy outside leaves and wash cabbage head.

Slice required amount finely or to require thickness.

Leave on chopping board for at least 5 minutes to release the nutrients.

Steam for no more than 5 minute,any longer brings out the sulfur smell and it tastes yuck.

If using raw drizzles lemon juice across the cut cabbage. Still leave for 5 minutes.

Treat all brassica’s this way.
