This is a small cabbage picked with plenty of edible leaves.
Best way to prepare Cabbage
Remove heavy outside leaves and wash cabbage head.
Slice required amount finely or to require thickness.
Leave on chopping board for at least 5 minutes to release the nutrients.
Steam for no more than 5 minute.
If using raw drizzles lemon juice across the cut cabbage. Still leave for 5 minutes.
Treat all brassica’s this way.
